Working on a recipe for *chip oatmeal cookies as well. Raisins don’t work for this house when they’re in cookies. This batch had butterscotch baking chips.

I knew they wouldn’t spread much in the oven, but used the wrong sized ring to form them with and they’re absolutely massive! Really good though. Nice and oaty, but not tooth achingly sweet like a flapjack.
