Dinn-stagram #1. Duck, pancakes, rice

Takeaway at home for dinner 1.

Crispy duck – I use legs and roast in the oven, then shred – with token veg, housing and Peking pancakes (just out of shot).

Sushi rice with White Mausu peanut rasu, which is a totally new to me condiment. It’s chilli oil, with seaweed, roasted peanuts and sesame seeds. Very yum, but expected it to be a bit more salty so had slightly undersalted the rice. Won’t do that next time!
